Diego brings over twenty years of experience in corporate communication and strategic positioning within leading Italian industrial and real estate groups. Before taking on the role of CEO of MR INVESTAR, he held senior executive positions at Piaggio Group and Immsi Group, reporting directly to Matteo and Michele Colaninno. In these roles, he led global communication strategies, from financial disclosure to crisis management, coordinating teams across 16 countries in Europe, America, and Asia. Earlier in his career, Diego was Head of Communication at Prelios S.p.A., where he created the company’s communication department after the Pirelli spin-off. He oversaw both external and internal communication, supporting six subsidiaries with corporate visibility, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement. With a professional path that combines international vision and hands-on leadership, Diego has consistently focused on building strong reputations, managing complex relationships, and guiding communication strategies that support growth and transformation. Today, he brings this expertise into the real estate development sector, shaping MR INVESTAR’s positioning and future strategy.

Carlo Prudentino

Real Estate Finance Expert with 10 years of experience in Fundraising and Financial Structuring of Complex Real Estate Transactions. Throughout my career, I have built a wide network of institutional and professional investors and have also focused on structuring complex financial instruments for real estate transactions across Europe, with a particular focus on Italy and Switzerland. I have collaborated with investors and financial institutions to create tailored solutions that optimize investment returns while managing the risks associated with specific real estate markets. Additionally, I have developed expertise in the origination of real estate transactions, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, and guiding projects from the initial phase to completion. My approach is always geared towards efficiency and financial sustainability. My passion for real estate drives me to continuously deepen my understanding of market dynamics and explore innovative solutions to ensure the success of transactions.

He has held leadership roles in some of the most prestigious names in the hotel industry, including Lindeberg (5-star) and Hosteda (4-star luxury), where he successfully led multidisciplinary teams and implemented innovative strategies to uphold excellence in hospitality. His expertise also covers high-level stakeholder relations, quality control, and the development of new market opportunities. Barnaba plays a key role in identifying and developing investment opportunities, with a particular focus on evaluating and implementing high-potential initiatives in the real estate and hospitality sectors. He is the Director and Founder of Libra People Company plc, a partner of Costamed, and has long been active in international initiatives through his global network, Kalosnetwork. In addition, he is the Italian partner of Mobh Holding Group. With recognized expertise in structured finance. Mr. Calogero serves as Senior Consultant for International Institutional Affairs within the Brokers Industry Division of the PIB Group. He is also Senior Partner at La Compagnia Holding Merchant Banking, Senior Advisor to Genesi Holding Milano, and the official representative of Ashanti Investment Trust in Italy. Andrea Chiappini

Andrea is a co-founder of IVH Group S.p.A., a company established in 2014 with the goal of enhancing the value of hospitality assets. For over a decade, he has been active in the hotel sector, of which he has an in-depth understanding across all dynamics. His experience includes:

  • Direct knowledge of hotel structures, management, and ownership
  • Deep understanding of commercial and distribution strategies within hospitality
  • Strong expertise in restructuring and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with key technological and IT systems in the sector

Andrea has been a regular attendee at major industry trade shows and has often been invited as a speaker and testimonial. Before entering the hospitality world, he gained extensive experience in his family business, which has been producing extra virgin olive oil since the early 1900s.
